I have spent the better part of the past 12 years eating “Clean”, “Paleo” or “Whole30” but something just wasn’t working. I was working out 6 days a week and not loosing any weight. My “healthy” smoothies were actually sabotaging my efforts.
I needed to reduce my sugar and carbohydrate intake if I was ever going to get “healthy”! My ketogenic journey began last February and I have loved the entire process!!
