I am a recipe developer and food photographer here at Yummy Healthy Keto. My focus is on creating low-carb, sugar-free meals using wholesome ingredients.

I have spent the better part of the past 12 years eating “Clean”, “Paleo” or “Whole30” but something just wasn’t working. I was working out 6 days a week and not loosing any weight. My “healthy” smoothies were actually sabotaging my efforts.

I needed to reduce my sugar and carbohydrate intake if I was ever going to get “healthy”! My ketogenic journey began last February and I have loved the entire process!!

I am not a doctor,nurse or registered dietitian. I will never give you medical advice, you have a personal physician that can do that. I provide you with information about what has worked or not worked for me personally and I will do everything I can to help you on your keto journey as well.
