Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate your pepperoni slices and place them in a single layer on the parchment paper.
Place in the oven and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and blot with a paper towel to remove the excess grease.
Flip the pepperoni slices over and blot the other side as well. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 3 to 4 minutes, until they start to brown and get crispy.
Remove from oven and blot away any residual grease. Allow to cool slightly and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness and overall size of your pepperoni slices.
My package contained 20 slices with a serving size of 5 slices. Read your package label, it may be different!
For a fun variation, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese when they come out of the oven for the final time.
