riced cauliflower
I used frozen

lime juice
and zest for more intense lime flavor

finely chopped cilantro

sea salt

black pepper
Instructions
Pour the riced cauliflower in a non-stick skillet and heat over medium heat until all of the moisture has cooked off.
Add the lime juice, salt, pepper and chopped cilantro to the skillet, stir to thoroughly combine.
Adjust seasonings if needed and serve immediately.
Notes
For even more lime flavor add lime zest to your rice.
Cooking times may vary, all stoves cook differently.
Add a small amount of water to the pan if the cauliflower begins to stick to the skillet.
