Instructions
Lay your lunch meat slices on a work surface and top with a slice of cheese.Note: This would be a good time to herb spread cream cheese, guacamole or dressing of your choice on top.
Starting at the bottom, roll your lunch meat up around the cheese until you have a log.
Continue rolling up your meat and cheese roll ups until you reach your desired amount. Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
Serve with a dark, leafy green salad or bowl of bone broth.
Notes
Ask for your lunch meat to be sliced on the thicker side so it is easier to roll and stay together.
