I use sharp cheddar cheese because it is lactose-free. Feel free to add your favorite type of cheese.
Thousand Island Dressing would also be an excellent choice to top this meal, if you can find one that is sugar-free.
Mt. Olive was the only brand of sugar-free pickle slices that I could find at the grocery store. Make sure you read your labels if you are going to add pickles!
Nutritional Value includes regular French Dressing, which has 8 sugar carbs per serving. Net carbs are closer to 3 carbs per serving. My sugar-free French Dressing has 1 carb per serving. (11 carbs - 1 fiber - 7 sugar = approximately 3 net)
