I love all things cheeseburger, and this Bacon Cheeseburger Skillet recipe does not disappoint! I had planned to add diced avocado on top, but forgot all about them.

Recipe Notes and Tips:

  • I use sharp cheddar cheese because it is lactose-free. Feel free to add your favorite type of cheese.
  • Thousand Island Dressing would also be an excellent choice to top this meal, if you can find one that is sugar-free.
  • Mt. Olive was the only brand of sugar-free pickle slices that I could find at the grocery store. Make sure you read your labels if you are going to add pickles!
