Equipment

  • Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch cilantro stems removed – about 1 1/2 to 2 cups
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise homemade or sugar and soy free
  • 1/4 cup light olive oil or avocado oil
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 drops liquid stevia or 1 teaspoon honey for Whole30 & Paleo

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor, or in a blender.

  • Puree until smooth.

  • Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary.

  • Pour into a covered container and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • Store leftover dressing in the refrigerator for up to 5 days

    This cilantro lime dressing looks so yummy. I love how easy and quick it is to make. I also like that I can make this at home and can use organic ingredients. i will use this on fish, chicken,tacos and salads. This beats buying store bought dressing.
