You do not want the wings to touch! Use a second baking sheet if needed.

Remove from the oven and turn the wings over using tongs.

Flip the chicken wings over halfway through cooking.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Flip wings a second time and place under the broiler for 3 to 5 minutes to brown and crisp up the skin.

Tangy, delicious Chili Lime Chicken Wings are easy to make and perfect for game day snacking or a light dinner.

Serve with lots of napkins!!

Recipe Tips & Tricks

  • Some stores sell bags of drumettes and/or wings that have already been separated. This is a time saver if you can find them.
  • Chili powder is not spicy, cayenne pepper is. Start with a small amount and add more based on your personal tastes.
  • Serving size is based on 4 pieces per person. 3 pounds of chicken wings can vary between 13 to 30. It all depends on the size of the individual wings that are included in the package.
