Who knew that cauliflower could taste this good?
Recipe Tips & Tricks
- For even more lime flavor add lime zest to your rice.
- Cooking times may vary, all stoves cook differently.
- Add a small amount of water to the pan if the cauliflower begins to stick to the skillet.
Can I use frozen cauliflower rice?
Yes, of course you can! In fact, I used frozen in the images above, it’s just so much easier and sometimes cheaper than using fresh cauliflower. If using fresh cauliflower, add 2 tablespoons of water or olive oil to pan when cooking.
Do you use the cilantro stems?
Yes and no. I chop my cilantro then fluff it up and drop it gently down onto the cutting board to separate the thick, woody stems. I toss the woody stems and use the smaller ones, they add a lot of flavor!
