Lunch Meat Roll Ups
Lunch Meat Roll Ups are easy to make, versatile enough to fit everyone’s differing tastes, and make the perfect keto lunch or light dinner! I stuck with a pretty simple version to keep things easy, but you can make these roll ups as unique and over the top as you like!
I chose Boar’s Head roast turkey breast and cheddar cheese from the deli counter in my local Fry’s grocery store. There are more meat and cheese combinations listed below.
How to make Keto Lunch Meat Roll Ups
Lay your lunch meat slices on a work surface and top with a slice of cheese.
Note: This would be a good time to herb spread cream cheese, guacamole or dressing of your choice on top.
Starting at the bottom, roll your lunch meat up around the cheese until you have a log.
Continue rolling up your meat and cheese roll ups until you reach your desired amount. Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
Serve with a dark, leafy green salad or bowl of bone broth.
Recipe Modifications
- Roast Beef & Provolone
- Ham & Swiss or Gruyere
- Roast Chicken & Cheddar with BBQ Sauce
- Salami, Ham & Provolone with Italian seasoning
- Ask for your lunch meat to be sliced on the thicker side so it is easier to roll and stay together.
