Once the oil is hot, add half of the chopped onions. Cook until they begin to soften, about 3 minutes.

Add the ground beef and break apart using a spatula.

Sprinkle the onion powder, garlic powder, dry mustard, sea salt and black pepper. Stir to combine.

Cook until browned and cooked through. Stir in the tomato paste.

Mix in 1/2 of the shredded cheese until melted and well combined.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the beef mixture.

Drizzle with Homemade (Keto) French Dressing, or dressing of your choice, and serve.

I love all things cheeseburger, and this Bacon Cheeseburger Skillet recipe does not disappoint! I had planned to add diced avocado on top, but forgot all about them.
Recipe Notes and Tips:
- I use sharp cheddar cheese because it is lactose-free. Feel free to add your favorite type of cheese.
- Thousand Island Dressing would also be an excellent choice to top this meal, if you can find one that is sugar-free.
- Mt. Olive was the only brand of sugar-free pickle slices that I could find at the grocery store. Make sure you read your labels if you are going to add pickles!
