Pepperoni Chips
Pepperoni Chips have become my new favorite snack! They are quick and easy to prepare, they have enough fat to keep you satisfied and they perfect for dunking in guacamole or pizza sauce!!
I decided to keep things super simple today – baked pepperoni chips and a side of guacamole. I even cheated and bought individual size Wholy Guacamole. You can’t get any easier than that!!
How to make Pepperoni Chips:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate your pepperoni slices and place them in a single layer on the parchment paper.
Place in the oven and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven…
and blot with a paper towel to remove the excess grease.
Flip the pepperoni slices over and blot the other side as well. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 3 to 4 minutes, until they start to brown and get crispy.
Remove from oven and blot away any residual grease. Allow to cool slightly and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Recipe Tips & Tricks
- Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness and overall size of your pepperoni slices.
- My package contained 20 slices with a serving size of 5 slices. Read your package label, it may be different!
- For a fun variation, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese when they come out of the oven for the final time.

Keep in mind that a lot of the fat is removed each time you blot with the paper towel, so total fat count is probably lower. Remember to check your labels, each brand will be different. 🙂
